half- or full-day sessions are designed to inform, facilitate
discussion, and fuel planning efforts -
creating the momentum necessary for change.
Executives utilize these meetings to enhance their understanding of
essential facts about the market environment and the opportunities and
challenges facing them, and to begin the strategic planning process.

small groups, such as the heads of business unit sales of marketing, or
for cross-company task forces, such as in the area of retirement income,
our strategy sessions are typically used to launch an initiative or to
measure progress, and to sometimes adjust current strategy.
Sessions
typically begin with an interactive presentation of Sway Research’s
market data and analysis to educate the group on the current environment
and growth forecasts, which places everyone on the same page. From there
the meeting can be very flexible shifting from Q&A to discussion and the
brainstorming of next steps, or it can be tightly scheduled to allow for
additional presentations interspersed with discussion and ideation
segments.
